The prices above are weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday and include: 

  • use of the apartments' facilities
  • gas, energy and water consumptions
  • private parking

Mandatory supplementary charges: 

  • Final cleaning: euros 40 per apartment

Optional services:

  • upon request, air conditioners will be provided for a weekly sum of 40,00 euros per apartment
  • Extra cleaning upon request
  • Bed linen and bathing towels: euros 11,00 per person
  • breakfast upon request: euro 3,00
  • Internet WI-FI

Baby cradle: free

Extra bed: euros 12,00 per person per day

Deposit:

  • To be paid upon arrival and returned on departure; euros 200,00. Damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Special offers for long stays:

  • For stays of minimum 2 weeks a 5% of discount will be applied starting from the second week.

Special beach:

  • umbrella and 2 sun-beds: euro 54,00 per week
  • umbrella and 2 sun-beds: euro 108,00 for two weeks

Agreement with a restaurant meal euro 13,00

We accept little size pets with an extra cost (euro 20) over the final cleaning.

Check in time: on Saturday at 4 pm.

Check out time: On Saturday at 10 am
On request, personalized estimates can be done; daily stays or stays for periods different from Saturday-Saturday will also be accepted.
